Albatross CX hosts upcoming ‘Journey of the Luxury Customer’
Global customer experience agency, Albatross CX, will be hosting two upcoming events in Asia this coming June 2018.
Titled ‘Journey of the Luxury Customer – 2018 Edition,’ the event will focus on the latest findings of Albatross CX about the attitude and behavior of luxury customers.
The first event will be held on 13th June 2018 in Shanghai, China, and the second event will be on 19th June 2018 in Singapore.
The event will also focus on the growing interest in the rental and second-hand markets for luxury goods, as well as the trend to purchase second hand luxury goods rather than purchasing them new. The importance of after-sales service and its impact on brand value will also be a key topic at the event.
